Designed for
people who want to establish a base for doing longer distances and
want to start working on speed and a variety of different workouts.
It will improve running technique, stamina, strength and form. This
clinic is good for someone who has running experience but not ready
for all out track workouts.Over the course of the 14 week clinic,
you will be introduced to a variety of topics that will be beneficial
to your growth as a runner.
